Orders in Australia are shipped from Sydney, NSW by Auspost. Once dispatched, they are estimated to reach you between 2-4 business days for same state delivery and 3-6 business days for interstate delivery. During high-volume periods such as the Holiday season, this shipping timeframe may vary.

Orders outside of Australia are shipped by DHL Express. Once dispatched, they are estimated to reach you between 2-8 business days. During high-volume periods such as the Holiday season, this shipping timeframe may vary.

Additional customs/duties/VAT may vary, depending on the country you're shipping to.

Online shopping is hard. If you haven't fallen in love with your order and want to send it back, we'll happily take it off your hands. Just email us and we'll provide you with instructions and a return label. The return fee will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, with certain international shipments, we can't cover customs/duties/VAT.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. This should give you enough time to decide if you've fallen for it. The product needs to be in its perfect condition- in its original packaging. Send us an email with your order number and the product you want to return and we'll help you out.

We take full responsibility for the life cycle of what we create. If you ever decide this piece has seen its best days, you can return it to us for store credit. Just contact us and we will provide you with instructions and a special 25% off code to use on your next purchase. We will either repair it and resell it as a seconds item, repurpose it or ensure it is sent to a proper recycler.
